how to stay kind to myself?

As we ring in the new year—a friendly reminder to be kind to yourself (big hugs).

With a new year ahead of us, many will be thinking about crafting new goals and resolutions. Some of us will revisit goals we may have had previously.

Working towards goals is great to do when it feels supportive to ourselves, but being kind to ourselves regardless may put us one step closer to reaching desired goals, or help us to navigate in a totally new direction!

All of these options are great. We are perfectly human which means it is also okay if we step back, re-assess, or take a break. Maybe even not having or making any goals or resolutions, and just being.

However you are working with the energy of this moment as we welcome the new year, remember to be patient, gentle and as kind to yourself as you would be to a friend. <3 The OkaySo Crew
